Before we dive in, let's get everything all setup and ready to go.
In your user settings page, you'll find a handy "Voice & Video" tab, where you can adjust your settings for voice and video chat.
When you've finished installation, your browser will open automatically with a message of congratulations telling you to log into Facebook.
If you switch to other DMs or servers while in a video call, the video feed will pop to a picture-in-picture view that you can drag around your screen for maximum convenience: You'll be able to access your video options by clicking the icons in the lower left-hand corner of the floating video.
To zoom back to the call in progress, click the username list within the video in the top left.
In addition to being a pretty sweet voice & text chat app, Discord can offer you and up to 9 of your closest compadres an equally awesome video and screen sharing experience. Instead of having to jump all over the place to switch from one to the other, they're available simultaneously anytime you have a video call enabled!
With both screen sharing and video calling, we saw an opportunity to use them side-by-side in a seamless manner.
